David travelled to Toronto to participate in the 55th Annual Canadian Association on Water Quality Research Symposium, where he presented his research on remediation techniques for per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). David’s research and oral presentation was highly received and for his efforts he was awarded the Phillip H. Jones award for best oral presentation in the conference. David is proud to continue to represent his supervisors, Dr. Kela Weber and Dr. Iris Koch, research group (Environmental Sciences Group - ESG), RMC as a whole, and looks forward to future opportunities to continue to communicate science.
